We want every customer to feel confident and comfortable in their purchase. In keeping with swimwear industry hygiene standards, and to pass the greatest savings on to you, all swimwear sales are final.

We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance, our team is always happy to help you find the perfect fit before you purchase.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@swimweartodifor.com.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, this does not apply to:

  • Swimwear items once tried on
  • Discounted or sale items

All eligible items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
